Brandon was the most patient, honest and understanding salesman I’ve ever worked with. Despite all of the challenges with our trade in and purchase, he went above and beyond to make sure we got into a car we loved and even detail cleaned it inside and out for us before we left. The whole experience was easy and everyone was so kind! He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable with my thousands of questions and never complained. 11/10!!!

This is the best place to buy a vehicle. I have been treated so good and my representative that helps me if I have any issues with a late payment or my vehicle is Leslie. She is such a wonderful person, very helpful and always treats me like a friend not just a customer.

I Jumped in my car to go to the store and it's an older car and it wouldn't start so I just thought I would go look at some cars not really expecting to find anything that day it was already 2:00 I went to a small car business and he was not very helpful, so then I went to Car-Mart they were very helpful showed me quite a few different cars and when I said well come back tomorrow it's already 4:00 and I'm sure you can't get me into anything until tomorrow and he said I could have you in a car within 60 minutes and off I went in my new car... It was a very easy process and not stressful at all and I absolutely love my new Jeep renegade.... Thank you so much to the staff of Car-Mart, you are all very helpful and pleasant people to work with....

Do not go here!! These people are scam artist. The cars are overpriced and Ruined. I recently bought a way overpriced truck here and when I had asked what the apr was they had told me 12% but it was in fact 18%. Oddly enough the credit bureau also thinks it is 13%. The warranty is useless. When I had asked for the 12000 mi warranty they tried to slip it in for the 36000 mi. when I called americas carmart complaint dept about this they said they would file it and I'd get a call back but I've failed toget that call. Also that addition raise in the apr was added into my 3rd year of payments. Doubling my payment to every week instead of two...essentially another year of payments. Misrepresentation at its finest. I'm sure the rest of the worst reviews can cover what will happen if you buy from here . Also don't listen to these replies as if they are going to take care of the issue or even call back. Only way is lawsuit for misinformation etc!

i got my car back in april through car-mart. at first they seemed alright. they told me i could finance my sales tax so that i wouldn’t have to pay $1,500 to get my vehicle legal. so i agreed and proceeded with the sale. 2 payments in, i call car mart and ask why it’s $1,400 to get it legal and THAT is when they tell me that i “need to put 15% down in order to finance my sales tax because that’s the minimum amount that their system would allow.” to say that i am VERY upset with car-mart is an understatement because not only did they lie to me, but they were not willing to help me in the slightest to get it legal because of the error of THEIR salesman. not only that, but they listed the car worth wayyy more than what it was worth. it was worth roughly $5-8,000 on KBB & CarFax, and they listed it at $13,999. goes to show they care more about sales rather than their customers.

My wife and I now have a car and a truck from you. The Lebanon staff has been amazing. To say they have done their jobs and done them well is an understatement. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

My experience with car Mart was amazing they were friendly an helped me get in a car the same day an they worked hard on me to get as low payments as possible special thanks to Brandon turner he did everything in his power to satisfy me on my payments. Car Mart is the way to go thanks again to everyone at car Mart.

I could not have better things to say about Car-Mart of Lebanon, MO. Everyone in there is friendly and works with me if I’m running late or have a problem. Larry From parts is especially wonderful!! I am truly grateful to Larry the owner and his awesome team!!!

They sold me and my wife a rusted out car that you can stick your hand threw the frame and push the floor board up you can't even jack up the car because the jack gose threw the car they refuse to fix anything wrong with your car I don't reamend anyone to get a car from them they will screw you over anyway they can

Brandon and Sarah helped us get into a 2013 Cadillac and were awesome!! We Felt comfortable during the whole process and couldn’t be happier with our car. Shout out to Shelly as well for helping us finish up the title and getting us out the door.
