We have purchased three Jeep Wranglers and most recently a Jeep Gladiator from Graven. The Sales are always fair and quick, the Finance equally quick and efficient, and the Service is always friendly and timely. We recommend Graven for any new or used Jeeps.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude to everyone at the Graven Service Department. Our family was traveling to Arizona from New York when our air-conditioning stopped blowing cold air. We had our medically fragile son in the car (who had recently undergone 26 brain surgeries) They took our car right into the service bay and had us up and running in about an hour. Everyone was so compassionate. If I lived in Lebanon Mo. This would be where I would give all my business to. Thank you for your help and your prayers for our son. You all ROCK

Graven's service department is top notch. First experience with them this week, had to have a recall issue fixed. Bill in the service department was super polite and such a gentleman through the whole process! (booking the appointment until he gave me the keys and said "Ma'am you are good to go!"). You don't find that many places anymore. Graven is now my go to! Couldn't have had a better experience!!

Don't waste your time. I got approved by their Chrysler finance for top tier financing at 11 %. Went to another Chrysler dealership in Springfield and was told top tier was at 9%. So basically, shopping locally is a 2% disadvantage. I was told by the other dealership that Gravens would keep the 2% over the 9% so the vehicle would cost me more and they would make approximately $8,000 on the sale.

Honest & reliable place to do business. Very laid-back and friendly dealership with no crazy sales pitches or pressure. Coming from someone that was in the car business for 10 years I can tell you this is a great place to purchase a car. There is no price haggling going back and forth just honest this is what your trade in is worth and what we can do on our vehicle pricing. With none of the this is what your car is worth if you buy this one but only worth this if you buy another. They do up front and honest numbers. I was also very impressed with the interest rates we received for both of my family members that purchased cars there. We did not have to go and compare with other banks to get the best deal. I already knew what several banks would offer and they beat all of their rates. We were in and out fast on both car purchases with Brandon, super nice guy during and after the sale! Both my niece and her better half could not be happier with their purchases. Thanks Gravens!

Never again!! I called this dealership and spoke to Doug about a vehicle listed for sale on their website. I asked a few questions about the vehicle and requested pictures to be sent over since I live 2 hours away. I then asked if the price they were asking was due to it being used as a rental and having 3 previous owners. Doug proceeded to tell me that the price online wasn't accurate, and it was actually $5,400 more than the listing showed. I told him I just looked at the website and that was not the price listed. He said "oh no we got that price changed yesterday." I told him to forget sending me pictures. I then went back online, and the price was still showing $37,500 not $42,900 like he claimed. BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING!!

With some quick negotiating over the phone, I was in and out of the dealership with papers signed in TEN MINUTES! Thanks Brandon. Doug is a real sweetheart too. Fair pricing and solid value on a used Jeep. Springfield peeps make the drive to Lebanon!

So I just had to share an experience that I had at Graven Chrysler... I was looking for a 2007 Chrysler 300 abs module. So I call up Lane in the parts department and he finds out that the part has been discontinued and there's only 18 in the nation. He spent I would imagine quite a bit of time talking to the 18 dealerships to see if one of them will let that part go so that I could purchase it. So I get the call that he's got the part secure and it was a load off my mind.. best customer service experience I've had in a long time.!! Graven Chrysler has earned my business for life because of Lane ... Whatever you guys are paying him it's not enough you can't find that kind of customer service in this day and age anymore. Realize what you guys got (someone that treats a customer like a customer) because it's leaving the marketplace quick. Thank you for a great experience. If everybody dealt with you guys nobody would hate car dealers..

I just want to give a quick shout out to Brandon over at Graven's. I factory ordered a new Jeep Wrangler and it was the best vehicle buying experience ever. When I ordered back in August, Brandon told me that the price on the build sheet was the price of the vehicle not accounting for any applicable discounts or incentives at the time of delivery. He said no gimmicks or increases even if Jeep raises the prices. That is exactly what happened even though Jeep started charging an extra $2000 for the automatic transmission. I picked up my Jeep on 11/23/2023. These guys do right by people and probably have a customer for life. Thanks Brandon.
