Carbon Health Urgent Care Tucson - Campbell Ave

This is simply the best Urgent Care in town. The facility is beautiful, the staff is very professional, thorough and caring. The process as a walk in or with an appointment is streamlined without the typical paper filled clip board. You are checked in with one paper signature then an electronic notebook. It is a modern and efficient model if medical services delivery. The welcoming and very pleasant interior is not the usual dark, cold environment. Hope I can find a PCP with such relaxing beauty and caring staff. There is well designed parking with great restaurants on either side right across from the main entrance to the University of Arizona's N. Campbell and E. 6th entrance. It is simply the best in Tucson.

The male doctor and female nurse that helped me today were so amazing and compassionate. The girls at the desk too. As a college student far from home getting sick can be so hard but they were more than helpful when dealing with all my stress and tears. Everyone at this location is so kind i highly recommend.

I’ve been going through so many ups and downs with stomach issues and other personal health problems. The actual doctors, physicians, etc. in Tucson have been anything BUT helpful. I’ve never felt less cared about. That is until I got to Carbon Health. They always do their best to work quickly and efficiently, but also make sure the patient feels thoroughly cared for. Leaving this review to say thank you, Carbon Health.

It was easy to schedule a same day appointment on line via the app. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Got the help I needed quickly so I can recover. The front desk staff was patient and friendly. Tabitha the PA and the triage nurse were coordinated so my visit was expedited yet provided a thorough diagnosis. I’ve been going to this location for a few years and have very much benefited from their help.

I feel I get better care at carbon Health than with my own PCP! Caring, friendly professional and competent staff always! Both doctors and nurses take time to thoroughly review and answer all questions !

Visited for intense upp back pain that turned out to be muscle strain. First visit started off okay, but I felt the NP who saw me rushed to diagnosis and sent me on my way with a couple of prescriptions. Then shortly after I left, I got a notification in their app they want you to use, that referenced an injection I did not receive and a prescription I was not prescribed. When I mentioned the discrepancy, the NP said it was a standard form and she just forgot to update it. (No big deal right?) Anyway she fixed that. Otherwise, no advice at all on what to do other than take the pills. A few days later, the pain had not subsided so I messaged the NP for advice. She recommended gentle stretching exercises (no info, I just had to Google and try to figure out what would be appropriate) and to apply heat to the area to relax it. Now, I did not know this at the time, but applying heat to a recent muscle strain is not a good idea. So a month later I went back (fool me twice...) and saw an MD after sitting in the office for nearly an hour with no one checking on me at all, who was rude and condescending. Truly, he seemed annoyed that I had taken up his time with my complaint. Again, no meaningful advice except he did suggest alternating heat and cold, which at that point did actually help somewhat. He said I should have followed up with my PCP, which—while it may be true—the NP could have suggested the first time. Bonus: Not sure if it was because of the long wait or they just like to punish their clients, but they gave me a voucher for something from the stoner-themed restaurant next door. I had high hopes, but they deserve their own 1-star review for the horror they foisted upon me.

Had a really great experience at this clinic. They took me really fast and handled my worries with a lot of attentiveness. Very knowledgeable and caring. Great place!

Carbon health is by far the best Urgent Care I have ever been to! and believe me, I have been to many urgent cares. All my interactions with them have been kind and amazing. Their app is the easiest thing to use. It’s super easy to make an appointment and arrive and be seen. The tests results come back very quickly too! The employees are always nice and so helpful. I 10/10 would recommend.

It was my first time going there and I actually thought at first it was a spa because it is so gorgeous an spacious. It surprised me to find that it was an Urgent Care. I would give this place 10+ because everyone from the receptionist to the technicians and especially the doctor were so nice and comforting an thoughtful. I definitely will recommend that location to everyone

Got there when they opened, met with great and friendly staff. Quick check in. With finishing Pape work, I was greeted and led to a room in 5mins. The totally time took 30mins. Talk about quick urgent care service. Everyone was great and super nice. Plus they had the cooking Channel on and free bottles of water for you. I give them a 10 out or 10 and 5 stars for just being a human to me.
