Fantastic instructor, Ann Saka is a great listener and provides helpful feedback. She has in-depth knowledge of all subject matters concerning assisted living licensing and care for residents. Also, she has a great sense of humor and the ability to make learning fun and engaging.

I wish I could give much more stars than 5!!! Mrs.Ann is so helpful!! She is such an amazing instructor! At first I didn’t feel as confident to open my Assistant Living facility but NOW I am more than ready to open my facility. Mrs Ann Is highly trained and knowledgeable which makes me feel more confident! I loved my experience at Zion Health during my evening classes! Everything went quick and easy! If your looking for training to open your assistant living facility and gain more certifications Zion health is the place for you!!! 10/10 I recommended!

Great and very interactive class. The whole Zion team were eager to share information that will enable new Managers succeed in this Small business venture. Ms Ann and all guests presenters were friendly. I will definitely return to Zion Health for future recertification classes if needed.

I was well informed, Ms Ann was easy to learn from, I enjoyed the laughter from my fellow ALF owners, all I can say is take her class well worth it.

The 80 hr Assisted Living Managers class was the best experience. Mrs. Ann Saka was an excellent instructor. She is very thorough and informative. In addition to the ALM training Zion Health is a one stop shop for all of your Assisted Living needs. Zion Health will not disappoint and I encourage anyone who wants to be their own BOSS to attend.
