Discount Tire

I got 2 nails in my tires due to construction at my apartment complex. I needed one tire repaired and one replacement. The gentleman working here are so nice and helpful. I made an appointment online and was able to get everything done in a very timely manner. 10/10 will visit again. Thanks again guys.

I love this place! My husband told me this morning that we had a nail in our tire’s sidewall. We weren’t looking forward to the expense, but our experience was great. Everything is clean and well taken care of at their store. We were fortunate to come when they weren’t busy. We got a warranty on the tires (a fantastic option in case of another nail) and they got out there like a pit crew. One guy on each tire! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, including Dalton and Neil. You’ve got a fantastic team there!

We had a death in the family and the patch on my tire went wrong. They were very compassionate and went above and beyond to get me in and out as fast as possible. Replaced my tire and windshield wipers. Definitely needed kindness that day. I have been coming here for probably about 35 to 40 years. I would definitely recommend.

Discount Tire has always been excellent. Their team works hard, smart, and fast. It only took them 1 hour to get my 4 new tires on today. I expected it to take at least a couple of hours since they were pretty busy, but they really hustled. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful and polite. Great service!

I don't write reviews but I have to say Discount Tire is absolutely the best. My latest experience in Prescott AZ. Will never buy tires anywhere else. I've tried Tire Rack etc to save $ but having a company that stands behind their word and provides you with a warranty ACROSS THE COUNTRY MEANS ALLOT! Which is what happened to me, 4 nails in my tire no problem. Fixed in 1hr. And I enjoy the younger employees work their butts off and still having fun! Get tires here and be confident you get the best price and the best service no matter where you are! Impressed to say the least. Thanks Prescott Discount Tire and Dalton for getting me back on the road immediately.

Davis and his staff at discount have been nothing short of amazing. They’ve been trustworthy and made sure I was taken care of months after my purchase and service. Davis specifically went out of his way to help me and I’d recommend this shop to anyone if they want honest quality work. I made an appointment online, as I drove into the lot they came out the door to greet me. He checked everything over and drove into the bay. As we walked inside the door we saw our name on a welcome sign on the door with our appointment time. Love the new tires and this is the 3rd time we bought tires for all of our cars and motor home.

I was a walk in to check low front tire pressure, and in spite of having at least 6-8 other customers in the room, I was out of there within an hour. They pulled a nail out and patched the tire, all under warranty. Great place, great service and people, and decent prices.... We've purchased at least 4 sets of tires from them over the last 2 years for 4 different vehicles.

The guys in the Prescott and Prescott Valley locations are awesome. Prescott guy got me all the information I needed. Then I called the wrong location and he had all of that information saved for me. Beyond that, they honored the price match before the review even came in. Just did it over the phone. Hours later I got the email from corporate approving the price match. Well done guys, I am a very hard customer to please. Check my google reviews lol.

Love this place, the staff is amazing. Really nice, professional, knowledgeable and fast! My whole family goes here now after having had really bad experiences with too many other places in Prescott and PV and they love this place.
