"Books are over priced and the staff dosent seem to care about customers."
"Great selection and good quality plus great prices"
Savers is like a big community rummage sale. Inventory is always changing so pop in once every other month to find something new. Large portion of the store is dedicated to clothing but they do sell furniture as well. The hard part is that the isles become blocked off easily with people.
Employees and manager are rude and unhelpful. Any Electronics you buy there are untested and overpriced. And if it doesn't work, they'll tell you that it is now your problem. In other words you'll never see your money again and anything you buy is not guaranteed to work. There are no fitting rooms so if you buy any clothing that doesn't fit you got to come back for an exchange not a refund. On top of that, anything you return, they will give you an atrocious attitude about it. Like it hurts them so much to refund an item that they didn't even pay for. No matter what you buy you will never get your money back. This place majorly fell off and I would recommend any other thrift store but savers. Because this place is unfortunately what you could call a legal scam.
It's a thrift store so it depends hourly what's available. Constantly changing stock. It's only self checkout. Cash or credit. There is someone to help if needed. Overall the store is clean and clothes are very well organized. A lot of everything.
There are no dressing rooms, you cannot return clothes even with tags and receit, nor do they do in store credit (although you can exchange clothes if it is within 14 days, you have the receit, amd the tags are still on). Shirts are around $7 and pants are around $10. Asiles are narrow, carts are too small to hold an infant carseat. To me, it is an uncomfortable hassel. On the positive, the staff are very kind, helpful, and friendly.
No fitting rooms, surprisingly over-priced. Most shirts are $7+. Honestly, Goodwill is more affordable, and that’s seriously saying something.
Huge selection of clothing and hugely over priced items! Greedy! Both bathrooms closed for over an hour, many customers upset. Staff member cleaning them said he didn't know how long they would be closes they have to dry. Why didn't he get fans in there so customers could use the restrooms right away? There are people with disabilities that have to use restrooms quickly. They price items according to ebay which is a worldwide auction website that sells WORLDWIDE! This store is in Sioux Falls SD. $35 overpriced vase and dirty stained overpriced purse I saw when I was there.
The store has now ridiculously removed all of their fitting rooms and now requires you to purchase anything you want to "try on". They make it sound okay, though, because they also added a 14- Day EXCHANGE (not return) policy (used to be all sales were final). Still, no returns means you're paying for the item whether you like it or not, or at least you're never getting your money back. I'm assuming we can chalk this up to another COVID-related victim that ripped out all of their common sense from their brains. This is not how you run a business! I'm either going to Goodwill for clothes from now on, or I'm trying on pants out in the open aisles.
Very high prices in my opinion, most tags that i saw were $7.99, $9.99 and $11.99. If the items were better quality or name brand i understand but most weren’t. I honestly felt like i was shopping at ROSS instead of a thrift store. On the bright side this was one of the most organized and stocked up thrift store i have been to. They have each section separated, and there is no clothes on the floor. They also have the clothes organized according to size, which is nice when you are thrifting. There were a lot of items that i liked but i was not going to pay $25 for a pair of boots, or $7.99 for a used white long sleeve shirt. The staff there is also very helpful.
Wish they had one of these in Sioux City. Lots of great things you can find in here. Better than Goodwill.
Savers used to be fun to come to. Things weren't over priced and the staff was usually pretty nice. Over the past 5-6 years tho they have gone terribly down hill. They are SUPER OVER PRICED and have sucked the fun out of thrift shopping at their store. They sell the free items they get for retail price if not even more!!! Savers what happened man. Yall are super greedy and wouldn't suggest any fellow thrifters there. Savers u can do better.
