I like this place a lot, though my first time here. Biopsy procedure made it easier for me with the staff being friendly. Kathy, guided me to the table where procedure had to take place. Really comfortable and gave me the heads up of what’s going to happen. It didn’t last long and Dr Muir came to do the procedure with all the calming words being upfront with what’s going to happen…very professional, best bedtime mannered individual. She’s really awesome and the whole group. More power🙏🏼💕

Five stars for the facility. They've got some nice MRI machines and nice staff working there. I came there once after I broke my ankle and had some foot trauma awhile back. This time, I broke my foot again but for some stupid reason my insurance would not approve it. But since the doctor had ordered the MRI at this location, I got like 20 phone calls from them. PLEASE, DO NOT CALL THE PATIENT TO SET UP ANY APPOINTMENTS UNTIL THEIR INSURANCE HAS APPROVED THE RADIOLOGY!!!! IT'S A FREAKING WASTE OF TIME - YOUR TIME AND MINE!

This was a great experience! I was treated professionally and compassionately. The office space was extremely clean and quiet. Thank you Liberty Pacific ultrasonographer and office staff!

Another great experience at Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging at the Encino location. All the staff was lovely and kind. Had to get a biopsy on my thyroid and needless to say had quite a lot of anxiety but the gals who were my teammates along with the Dr made it quick and painless. Would recommend the staff and Dr to anyone who needs tender love and care through a stressful process.

I came at 9:00 am, my check in was at 9:05 and the appointment at 9:30 they don’t call me until 10:00 am, but they already call people that were here after me ☹️ Very, very but and disrespectful service

My doctor made an imaging referral on Thrusday afternoon or Friday am. Received an imaging scheduling call the following Tuesday and MRI scheduled the same week Friday. Dr's visit to MRI in just a week. On Friday I arrived early for my 10 am MRI. Was taken back just after 10 am. The technician was very personable and had a great sense of humor. MRI was done by 11 am. The technician advised Fridays were a great day for MRI's because the radiologists seem to be on standby to review the results. I created a patient portal account and was immediately able to see my images. A report was sent same day by 2pm to my doctor and the MRI written report available to me the same day later in the afternoon.
