This office was totally professional. Each patient was treated kindly and with much patience from what I experienced. Everyone from the front desk to the back office was very willing to help you. My personal therapist, Alexandra Mangus, was very understanding and greeted everyone with a smile. She put you at ease and took really good care of me.

The place very clean.The front desk ladies really nice,friendly, and so helpful. All assistants really helpful ,professional and friendly. All physical therapists are awesome specially Dr/Johnathan Elias really professional,helpful ,caring and knowledgeable . God bless all of them.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Jonathan Elias my physical therapist is awesome 👍. James, Marlon, Mike, and everyone else I have yet to know by name, they’re all great. I went in with an Achilles heel issue and so far I’ve felt some improvements with the pain level already. It’s going to be a long journey to being pain-free. But, I’m confident there is a solution and so glad I found JAG-ONE Physical Therapy to assist me along the way. Excellent place to receive your physical therapy. It is clean, quiet and cozy. Front desk ladies are really nice and helpful. Gino Agnese my physical therapist is really professional and knowledgeable. He pays a lot of attention to my specific needs and remembers details we discussed. Dr Jon Elias is extremely professional. His bedside manner is amazing and he is the best doctor on staten island. Anytime I have a question or concern he is always willing to take the time to answer me. He is a phenomenal doctor and jag one is lucky to have him.
