What a wonderful pharmacy with great professionals. Paul and Ivana are super individuals that will go the distance to help you. Also, Dr. Hasan Al- Obaidi is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is very knowledgeable in many areas and shares his expertise to make it understandable. He is very friendly with a great sense of humor. The best doctor ever.

TERRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend. I’ve had several bad experiences - Ive previously had my medications delivered to the wrong location and I had to go out of my way to find it at a neighbouring location. The driver should have cleared up the mistake as they were the ones that made the mistake. Instead the pharmacy called me and advised me to go pick it from a nearby building. -Delivery requests are always delayed by over a week due to required refills. Why is it taking that long to receive a refill? This is ridiculous

Very irresponsible pharmacy - I dropped my prescription off and was told I would be phoned the next day for an update and no one called. I had to go in person and inquire for an update and they hadn’t even gotten started yet so they told me to call the next day, but the phone number they gave me was not even in service.

I didn't have a receipt for a medicine bought yesterday and requested if they can exchange by showing my card, time and transaction message from my bank. They should've simply said that their policies cannot allow the exchange without receipt. Instead, they said "I could've shoplifted and brought it for an exchange ". Such worst words when you are facing the customer. After years of buying from them, this is the horrible way one gets treated.

The service at the Compounding Pharmacy is outstanding. Shawn, Paul and Rahela have exceptional service and made a medicated cream for me and my son that was not easy to find. Shawn also went above and beyond to discuss my medications in detail and his knowledge was very helpful.

This is my 2nd visit to the CCP, I'm proud to say I received exceptional service! Rahela, Liza & Paul were wonderful when it came to my prescription. I called in advance to make sure it was ready for pick up and by wednesday, all I had to do was go straight to the cashier's desk with my name and card in hand. It's nice and busy, yet dimly lit for guest who may deal with vision issues but there is opportunity of course open the blinds. Just a little humour lol. Thank you CCP!

I love this pharmacy. They have taken good care of me for over 5 years. They go above and beyond (calling doctors for refills, reminding me if my prescriptions are due) and really care about their patients. They do compounds, which you can't get everywhere (mixing creams or drugs that are no longer manufactured). Everyone working there knows my first and last name! Paul and Shawn are awesome. I wish I knew the names of the other staff to mention them too.

Awesome service beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend consulting Dr. Shawn Gill. He goes out of the way to resolving your medication issues.

This pharmacy was located close to home which resulted in me switching pharmacies. I am so grateful I did. They have been nothing but absolutely amazing with everything. They answer any questions I have, are always willing to be supportive, and always take the time to ensure I understand the medications I need. On more then one occasion, they have suggested and then provided a cream to help my neck when I have hurt it. This last occurrence, Paul called me to ensure I would have enough of the cream to help me and offered to deliver both the cream and a prescription I had on file, with no additional fees. This past weekend I called not once, but twice, to inquire about medication safety and had the pharmacist spend time explaining the medication risks as well as double checking using his "book". The switch to PostMaster was one of the best choices I made. And regardless of where I live, I will continue to utilize them as their customer service, and empathy/compassion, are truly one-of-a-kind!

Our family doctor recommended this compounding pharmacy stating we would get an emergency cream for shingles which would help my 91 year old mother-in-law. She was very confident that Antonio, the compounding pharmacist, would not only produce a superior product, but also have it ready promptly. Not long after that Antonio called us for information about my mother-in-law asking key questions to better understand her situation. Again, not long after that the pharmacy called to let us know the prescription was ready for pick-up. All of this on the same day between seeing the doctor and picking up the cream. We arrived at the Pharmacy, our very first visit, and were served almost immediately even though the place was busy. They seem to specialize in all types of health needs. It appears we are not the only ones who discovered a great pharmacy. The attendant was super friendly and very thorough with explaining the prescription. We left feeling very impressed with the entire experience. We had used another compounding pharmacy in the past and waited a week for the prescription to be ready, yet this pharmacy can compound in one day. We had left a message for the pharmacist to call on another matter and he did so the next business day. By the way, the cream has made a difference in the level of pain that has been experienced by my mother-in-law. So happy our family doctor recommended this place, outstanding service and above and beyond what was expected.
