We've been loyal customers to the Cambridge franchise since it opened. There used to be two staff members who were extremely knowledgeable but sadly, ever since the store was under new management, they are no longer working there. The new staff are trying hard to accommodate inquiries by googling for answers which I really appreciate. However recently, when I inquired about some products to two new staff members, I soon became aware that they both had a personal hygiene or a diet-related issue and I had to leave the store immediately. It is my hope that this will be addressed. Thank you.

Adding another thing up here I also bought a sunscreen in August and it's only good until January of 24'? For $22? Sense what health food store has a "bags/purses upfront policy"? I'm shopping for shampoo and some security guard comes up to me and says that? At that point I refuse and I take the products I want to the front counter.... I asked the lady there if that is a policy and she had no clue. Pretty sure that's called DISCRIMINATION/PROFILING I'm not leaving my wallet with all my debit cards and personal IDs with some child that could steal it... GET BETTER SECURITY GUARDS GET BETTER WORKERS

They always have lots of great plant-based options, like my favourite Sweets From the Earth Chocolate Fudge Cake! Plus, the staff are always super friendly and helpful!

I used to love shopping here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and there was always someone available. Apparently they are under new management now and most of the original staff have left except for two ladies. It definitely shows. The whole energy of the store has changed. There are hardly any staff working and most of the new ones either don鈥檛 have much knowledge of the products or they just don鈥檛 want to assist customers. Definitely not the welcoming, friendly store it used to be.

I used to like shopping here but after the last few times I wont be returning. The staff follow everyone around the store with security and stand over you / stare at you while shopping. They act as if everyone is a criminal and they are selling gold in the worst ghetto. Does not feel like a health store AT ALL. Luckily, there are plenty of other health stores in the area that offer the same products while being welcoming and are thankful for their customers.

Visited back yesterday and the lady on the counter (not sure her name) did a great job by swiftly accommodating me with my replacement product. Encountered her second time and she had a welcoming smile. I will keep coming back. Great job 馃憤

A nice bright, clean and well kept store. A good variety of supplements, beauty supplies and grocery items. Healthy Planet has the best prices in the area for the supplements that I take on a regular basis. The service is just okay, it would be nice if staff engaged more with customers on the floor. At the cash counter the staff is usually nice and polite.

Asked if a product could be ordered from the website and delivered to the store for pick up, they said yes. They ordered it and told me it would be two weeks, two weeks go by nad no call. I call them back, a lady kept changing her story, telling me it hasn't been ordered, then that it was back ordered then that it would be two to three weeks and that I just had to keep waiting. A week later I get a call saying they can't order it because it's online only! Like three weeks to attempt to place an order??? Three weeks to look into a product? And also why are you lying to your costumers ? Never again.
