"Food improving since it has a new cafe manager in place"
Gym is not as clean as it was before something has changed not sure what. The women lockers showers were being cleaned and now they have mold and are not sanitary just to start with. Sauna is never cleaned always dirty with a smell. Well brick bodies never has these problems if not corrected I’ll have to go to brick bodies. Newer facility updated.
My 2 y.o. participates in the Infant & Toddlers swim class. We've been going since she was 6 mo., and we look forward to having our 6 month old join in soon. Sam is an excellent swim instructor and great with the Littles. Staff are always polite and friendly. Facility is always clean. Edit: pool heater has been broken for the last two classes and does not have an estimated date to be fixed. Rather than letting the classes be conducted in the other pool with a working heater or offering us a makeup class, we freeze first thing in the morning. Unpleasant.
Great facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, super easy parking, clean at all times. My wife loves the group fitness and pools, I like the wide range of equipment. Parking is plentiful, as are towels. Lots of work has been done recently to update facilities.
I am not a member but take my 5yo for swim lessons. Their prices are very fair for non-members. Mary Kate is a fabulous instructor and my son has learned so much from her.
Thank god this facility was bought by Coppermine. The pools and sauna is the best. The pool allowed be to recover from my hip replacement.
It was very difficult to sign up for barre and pilates classes, at that time you could only sign up 24 hrs prior to class. Before signing I made it clear that I was only interested in these classes. I complained and asked to be let out of my contract but that was declined. I guess Coppermine really needs a retired 68 yr old nurse’s money. I wish they had held up their side of the contract
This gym is very clean and everyone is so friendly. It's everything you need from a gym. I mainly do aquatic classes the one pool is 92 feels great on your body.
As Wellness chairperson for my employer I've worked very closely with Maria in developing plans for our employees for over 2 years now. Which included my own wellness journey. While the price of the club is more than most gymd it certainly makes up for it in amenities and value especially if you have health issues and are looking to start a comprehensive wellness journey. With a wide range of equipment, 4 pools, classes, kids clubs, multiple locations and 24hr access. ACAC definitely gets vote as a 5 star wellness center for the family. My family and I love acac. They have a great kids zone so you don't need to worry about a sitter while you work out. The gym itself is huge; they have 3 heated indoor pools and two workout areas, plus several group class rooms. I especially love the spinning classes. The bikes are fairly new and are great for cycling. There are myriad other classes, but I haven't tried them yet. Though, my wife likes the Barre, yoga, and pilates classes.
I recently joined ACAC & no regrets. Everyone is courteous and helpful. They offer an abundance of group exercises. The place is clean and there is always someone at the front desk. I have gone almost every hour of the day & have no issues finding a treadmill etc. They even have a smaller (well equipped) area that is more quiet if this is what you prefer. If you know that you’re going to go a gym at least 4X/week , ACAC is worth the money!
