The place is simply incredible. I fell in love with the infinity of things this place has to explore. There is a lot to see, especially the spectacular bathroom decoration. The man who booked me was very cool, and from what I saw, it is a perfect place to go and play competitive card games and other games with other people.

This place cares more about making money than any of its customers. They use scalper prices for their new inventory. I went to purchase Lorcana and they were selling items for 3x msrp. When I mentioned that it was outrageous, I got a shrug and a "thats what its going for online". I understand a small premium but 3x is crazy. He is taking advantage of his customers. I USED to go here at least once a month to stock up on my painting supplies. I knew I was paying a little more than online but I wanted to support my LGS. I won't be back. Such a shame.

Made a special trip to visit this place with the express purpose of buying a few RPG books. First off the books are behind the tables where people play so you can’t even access them if people are at those particular tables. But I’m looking through them and instead of asking me if I need help or if there’s anything I’m looking for the guy tells me that I can’t open the books, because I was flipping through one. OK so how am I supposed to see if I want the book? He says “it’s not my rule.” well, whoever made that rule, it’s dumb. Won’t be coming back here.

Bad businesses practices when you say the price of a booster box at 75 Saturday and now on Tuesday it’s 85?! And tcg player sellers then for 60-65’s. If you wanna save money and not be hit in the head but from TCGplayer or eBay.

Went to buy Pokémon cards for my children who do not understand the game. Jacob does workshops with people who want to learn the rules of the game and was very helpful, patient and generous to the children. What a great store and attitude to help the next generation of trainers! Highly recommend to go here and check out all their stuff.

One of the coolest hobby shop / trading card game stores I've ever been in. Great service and they're very helpful and informative. Great replace to buy and sell. They have a large variety of collectables relating to everything from comics and video games, card games, movies, and just anything within the realm of nerd culture! Also has an active community of enthusiasts that get together and play card games and tabletop games or just talk and share information. I recommend stopping in regardless of whether you're buying something or not because of that. It's just filled with interesting things and interesting people. You might meet others that are into the same stuff as you. Not every similar store has this. Did I mention how informative they are here? They really do know their stuff.

I got a chance to go to the store a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the atmosphere. There were young players who were all being very conscious Vine different things for their games while a very small group was there in the corner playing video games together. The store's owner was an extremely knowledgeable person upon the product he had in the store and very friendly to work with. I was able to go there and do some trading with magic the Gathering cards and felt that the prices were fair and absolutely honest.

I can't argue that the store itself is nice and has above average inventory in regards to the quantity and quality of their products. With that said, the store owner can be painfully rude at times as he allows his customers to wait 15, 20, 25 minutes or more to purchase/sell anything because he will be busy playing board games with his friends. Moreover, I might make a side note that they generally offer about 20-25% of market value when selling or trading in MTG products which is way, way, way below anything I've ever seen any other store in NYC offer. I've visited the store several times and played the same waiting game nearly every visit. And with a generally unwelcoming atmosphere (unless you become a regular player who sits down at the store), it makes for an overall disappointing experience when visiting. Nothing else against the store and hopefully the owner will fix this 'waiting' problem, given he considers it an issue. Wish I could've given 4 or 5 stars.

Fantastic store, has plenty of space and fully utilized every bit of it with different products like: trading card games, video games, toys, figurines, comics and has several long tables for waging war with your opponent! Awesome owners and selection of products. Clean store with a great atmosphere that reminds me of a scene in konosuba where the heroes successfully completed a big quest and they all celebrate happily in the tavern with the townsfolk. All in all, I highly recommend this store.

They don't care about covid. The owner is a conspiracy theorist with overpriced products. Not as serious as covid, but he also sold me a yugioh box that was 25 msrp for 50. It was duel devastator right after it released. I told him I was just getting back into the game, because i was, and he totally took advantage with a 100% msrp mark up. Didn't realize it for about a month until I saw the product in dozens of other stores (big retailer and small card shops alike) for 25-30. I let that slide for more than a year, but now, after a recent visit to check out a yugioh tournament, im putting them on blast. They don't care about the health and well-being of store patrons and thats unacceptable.
